Manage Custom Fields

Custom fields allow you to add specific details to customer profiles beyond the standard fields.

Steps to Add Custom Fields:

Step 1 : Navigate to the Contacts page.

Step 2 : Locate the customer you want to add a custom field for and click the Custom Fields icon.

Step 3 : In the modal:

  • Enter the Field Name (e.g., Customer Type, Loyalty Points).
  • Enter the Field Value (e.g., Regular, 500 points).

Step 4 : Click Add New to add additional fields.

Step 5 : Click Update to save.
