Steps to View Broadcast Statistics

Step 1 : Click on Broadcast.

Step 2: Select a broadcast and click on the Statistics icon. This will open the statistics modal, where you can view detailed insights.

Additional Features for Broadcast

View Sent Template:

• You can see which template was sent in the broadcast. To view this, simply click on the Template Icon to open the template modal.

Delete Broadcast:

• To delete a broadcast, click on the Delete Icon. After clicking, an alert will appear asking for confirmation to proceed with the deletion process.
