Unofficial WhatsApp refers to connecting your phone number to the platform for basic testing purposes. Through TextCRM, you can use this setup to send messages directly to customers. It also allows you to send multiple SMS messages efficiently, making it a convenient tool for customer communication. However, note that this method is for basic use and testing and may not have all the features or compliance of an official WhatsApp Business API integration.

Step 1 : Log in to the system

Step 2 : Set up your basic TextCRM account. Connect your WhatsApp number during this initial setup.

Step 3 : Navigate to API Settings, then click on Connect App. From there, select or connect your WhatsApp number. Complete the embedded sign-up process to link your WhatsApp account.

Step 4 : Click Connect button & Its redirect

Step 5 : You will receive a QR code that you need to scan using the WhatsApp application on your phone. To do this, open WhatsApp, go to Settings > Linked Devices, and tap on Link a Device. Point your phone’s camera at the QR code to establish the connection. Once scanned, your WhatsApp account will be linked for use with the platform, allowing you to send messages seamlessly.

Step 6 : The connection is successfully established.
