Steps to Send Quick Reply Template form chat:

Step 1 : Click on the Inbox module.

Step 2 : Click Convertation

Step 3 : Click Template & select which you want to send

Note: Please ensure to check if the template is already created. If it exists, you can send it directly from here.

Step 4 : Click The Existing Template & its paste , you can also edit it
