Questions Based on API Settings Management

  1. How to Access API Settings?
    • Navigate to the API Settings menu in the main navigation bar.
    • Select the Connect App option to manage available channels and integrations.

  1. How to Connect a Messaging Channel?
    • Go to the Messaging Service tab under API Settings.
    • Select the desired channel (e.g., GP SMS Service, Robi SMS Service, Banglalink SMS Service, SSL SMS Service, Nexmo SMS Service).
    • Click the Connect button to open a modal for entering the required API credentials.
    • Fill in the API key and other details, then click Save to establish the connection.

  1. What Are the Tabs in API Settings?
    • The API Settings module includes the following tabs:
      1. Social: Manage platforms like WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger.
      2. Messaging Service: Configure SMS channels like GP, Robi, Banglalink, etc.
      3. Email Platform: Set up email integrations (e.g., Mailtrap).
      4. WhatsApp Widget Connect: Link WhatsApp widgets for seamless integration.

  1. How to Disconnect or Edit a Channel?
    • Navigate to the channel in the relevant tab (e.g., Messaging Service).
    • If a channel is already connected, you will see an Edit/Disconnect button instead of Connect.
    • Click the Settings Icon or Disconnect button to update the API credentials or disconnect the channel.
